- How can I obtain my own Award World Card?
You can obtain an application form from any Steigenberger Hotel Group hotel or restaurant or by simply contacting the Award World Service Centre, which will gladly send you an information brochure and a card application form.

When will I receive an Award World Prestige Card or Award World Elite Card?
You will automatically receive the Award World Prestige Card once you have made a turnover of an amount of 5,000 € in one full calendar year (or, respectively, 12,000 € in any two consecutive full calendar years). The Award World Elite Card you will receive once you have made a turnover of an amount of 15,000 € in one full calendar year (or, respectively, 33,000 € in any two consecutive full calendar years). As soon as you have accumulated the required turnover in your personal Award World account we will upgrade you automatically and mail the new card to you.

Since when will the points I receive for spending money in the Steigenberger Hotel Group hotels and restaurants be credited to my personal Award World account?
Award World members begin accumulating premium points on their Award World account from the date on the signed card application. We will also gladly credit your personal Award World account for any money that was spent during a maximum of 6 weeks before the date on the registration form.

Which expenses will the Steigenberger Hotel Group credit to my personal Award World account?
Crediting of premium points is effected for turnover of services by the hotels and restaurants of the Steigenberger Hotel Group, which the participant avails himself or herself of directly in the hotel, such as, for example overnight stays, events, resort taxes, tobacco, food and beverages, etc. premium points will be also credited for turnover up to 10,000 € in the course of meetings and events. Unfortunately we cannot credit any premium points for services which are booked through a travel organiser, travel agent or mediator. In addition, no premium points are credited for premium overnights stays or for stays, which are charged at reduced special rates (such as, for example, crew tariffs, reduced company rates, and similar).

Can money spent by family members and friends be credited to my account?
We also credit none-personal expenses of the card holder. This means if a Award World member invites family members or friends and pays their invoice then his or her Award World account will be credited with premium points.

What do I do if I forget to bring my Award World Card with me or have not yet received my new Award World Card?
We will gladly credit expenses incurred in any of the Steigenberger Hotel Group hotels and restaurants even if you do not have your card with you. Please send the relevant receipts to our Award World Service Centre so that we can credit the relevant premium points to your account.

How can I redeem my premium points for rewards?
Please contact the Award World Service Centre. Our Service Team will gladly inform you about the available rewards, check that you have enough points on your account and take your order. You can also order your reward or prize online under the "Reward Order" section.

How long is an accommodation voucher valid and what can it be used for?
Your accommodation voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used for one night's accommodation in either a single or a double room (in other words for up to two people), including breakfast, at the hotel of your choice.

When do my points expire?
Premium points expire after 24 months once you have earned them at any Steigenberger Hotel Group hotel or restaurant. They must be redeemed for reward vouchers by this point.

The Steigenberger Tourism Service will gladly provide you with information about the current offers, prices and services at all Steigenberger Hotel Group hotels and send you catalogues and brochures.

Unfortunately this feature is not yet available. However, you will receive a quarterly statement of your personal account in the mail, showing exactly how many premium points you have accrued. We will let you know as soon as you can view your account online!
